            Wisconsin Built, a manufacturer of custom casework and restaurant/retail store fixtures has an opening in our Project Management Department. 


The goal of Project Management  (PM) is to achieve customer satisfaction through clear communication, accurate shop drawings, and the supporting internal and external documentation that provides the necessary information to satisfy both the customer’s expectations and the purchasing and manufacturing processes here at Wisconsin Built.


Careful execution of these duties will result in customer confidence & satisfaction, timely shipments, and a more rewarding sense of accomplishment


Specific Activities


  • Takes ownership of all aspects of project assignments

  • Prioritize daily activities with ability to multi-task

  • Works closely with other departments to meet customer needs. 

  • Learn and Communicate critical dates and timelines

  • Be proactive not reactive

  • Review drawings to achieve agreement with source documents

  • Maintain Customer Service and Field Interaction

  • Complete and maintain all required paperwork

  • Complete special projects as assigned


Minimum Qualifications 

  • Prior architectural woodworking industry experience a plus but not required.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Management.   

  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with other functional areas.

  • Effective, problem solving and organizational skills. Able to handle frequent interruptions, meet tight deadlines, and handle conflict in an effective manner. 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and ERP system a plus

  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of responsibility

  • Good problem-solver and self-motivated

  • Strong attention to detail
