            Wisconsin Built, a manufacturer of custom casework and restaurant/retail store fixtures has an opening in our Administration. 

This position will be responsible for a wide area of administrative/accounting functions to ensure customer and company needs are met.    

 

     

Duties and Responsibilities

​.

  • Accounts Payable – verify and enter vendor invoices.

  • Accounts Receivable – creating invoices, working with customers, credit card processing, daily deposit and check runs. Includes AR aging

  • Knowledge of Sales/Use Tax – Reconcile and approve monthly sales in Avalra and Tax Returns 

  • Distribution of Daily Mail

  • Answer telephones and directing calls

  • Ordering Office Supplies – including paper and toners

  • Maintain/Request Certificates of Insurance

  • Maintain W-9’s from Subcontractors

  • Maintain//Reconcile petty cash

  • Provide Notary services

  • Other duties as assigned

Experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including: Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Knowledge of MRP Systems

  • Prior experience in wood working industry, helpful but not required

  • Experience with other computer applications

  • Experience successfully working in a manufacturing environment

  • Prior Accounting experience required
