            Wisconsin Built, a manufacturer of custom casework and restaurant/retail store fixtures has an opening in our Administration. 

This position will be responsible for a wide area of administrative/accounting functions to ensure customer and company needs are met.    

 

     

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable – verify and enter vendor invoices. 

  • Accounts Receivable – creating invoices, working with customers, credit card processing.

  • Distribution of Daily Mail

  • Answer telephones and directing calls

  • Ordering Office Supplies

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must have good computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Products

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff.

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Prior experience in accounting preferree

  • Prior knowledge in wood working industry, helpful but not required

  • Well organized and strong attention to detail
