Wisconsin Built, a manufacturer of custom casework and restaurant/retail store fixtures has an opening in our Administration.
This position will be responsible for a wide area of administrative/accounting functions to ensure customer and company needs are met.
Duties and Responsibilities

Accounts Payable – verify and enter vendor invoices.

Accounts Receivable – creating invoices, working with customers, credit card processing, daily deposit and check runs. Includes AR aging
-
Knowledge of Sales/Use Tax – Reconcile and approve monthly sales in Avalra and Tax Returns

Distribution of Daily Mail
-
Answer telephones and directing calls
-
Ordering Office Supplies – including paper and toners
-
Maintain/Request Certificates of Insurance
-
Maintain W-9’s from Subcontractors
-
Maintain//Reconcile petty cash
-
Provide Notary services
-
Other duties as assigned

Experience
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including: Outlook, Word, and Excel

Knowledge of MRP Systems

Prior experience in wood working industry, helpful but not required

Experience with other computer applications

Experience successfully working in a manufacturing environment

Prior Accounting experience required
