The goal of the Project Coordinator is to achieve customer satisfaction through clear communication and the supporting internal and external customers.   Careful execution of these duties will result in customer (internal and external) confidence & satisfaction, timely shipments, and a more rewarding sense of accomplishment.


Specific Activities


  • Takes ownership of all aspects of project assignments

  • Prioritize daily activities with ability to multi-task

  • Works closely with other departments to meet customer needs. 

  • Learn and Communicate critical dates and timelines

  • Be proactive not reactive

  • Complete initial Project Set Up in computer system (M1); project location, project contact, sales order, create any part numbers as necessary, accurate costing in part creation and sales order entry, etc.

  • Help with any material take offs as needed, working with the PM and AM.

  • Working with the other departments to set up/create jobs as needed for the project.

  • Working with project managers and account managers to manage project including truck requests, pick slips, Sales order maintenance and any other duties to support the project managers and account managers.

  • Complete and maintain all required paperwork

  • Complete special projects as assigned


Minimum Qualifications 

  • Prior architectural woodworking industry experience a plus but not required.

  • Experience in Project Management or office support.   

  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with other functional areas at all levels.

  • Able to handle frequent interruptions, meet tight deadlines, and handle conflict in an effective manner. 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and ERP system a plus

  • Strong attention to detail​​​.

  • Able to work overtime as needed.
