Wisconsin Built, Inc. A manufacturer of custom casework and restaurant / retail store fixtures is seeking an individual with 3-5 years’ experience as a Project Manager.  

Specific Activities

  • Takes ownership of all aspects of project assignments

  • Prioritize daily activities wit ability to multi-task

  • Works closely with other departments to meet customer needs

  • Lean and communicate critical dates and timelines

  • Be proactive not reactive

  • Review drawings to achieve agreement with source documents

  • Maintain Customer Service and Field Interaction

  • Complete and maintain all required paperwork

  • Complete special projects as assigned.


  • Prior architectural woodworking industry experience a plus but not required.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in Project Management.

  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with other functional areas.

  • Effective problem solving and organizational skills.  Able to handle frequent interruptions, meet tight deadlines, and handle conflict in an effective manner.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and ERP system a must.

  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of responsibility.

  • Good Problem-solver and self-motivated

  • Strong attention to detail
