Precision and efficiency go hand in hand at Wisconsin Built. Every project requires careful planning, skilled craftsmanship and the right tools to deliver quality results. That’s why we invest in technology that strengthens our process, improves accuracy and helps us work smarter.

Our latest investment is the HOMAG DRILLTEQ V-200 Series CNC machining center. This new equipment is another step forward in how we approach production. It connects advanced machining capabilities with the systems and processes that keep our projects moving.

A Smarter, More Connected Process

The HOMAG DRILLTEQ V-200 Series combines efficient processing with precise drilling capabilities and is designed for cabinet, closet and case manufacturing. Paired with our automated saw, the machine helps streamline the transition from cutting panels to completing the holes needed for assembly.

The Cabinet Vision 26 upgrade means we can cut the square panels’ perimeter on the saw and move them to the drill for the next stage of production. The result? A coordinated workflow that reduces processing time and helps us maintain momentum throughout a project.

The equipment supports a more connected production environment. Programs now can be shared across compatible equipment rather than loaded individually at each machine. This reduces manual steps and helps our team work more efficiently.

Precision Meets Performance

Efficiency matters, but quality remains at the center of everything we do. The DRILLTEQ V-200 Series is designed to support consistent and accurate machining, including automatic workpiece thickness adjustment, program verification and a patented spindle clamping system that helps achieve precise drilling depths. It can even support longer panels, as the extended infeed support accommodates panels up to 10 feet long.

These capabilities create a more reliable process, supporting the level of detail and consistency our customers expect.

Building for What’s Next

The DRILLTEQ V-200 Series also aligns with our ERP system, supporting our scanning and tracking processes. By connecting our equipment, software and production, we continue to build a more coordinated workflow from planning through execution.

This investment also increases capacity in our machining department, helping us keep pace with growing demand while maintaining the quality and consistency our customers expect.

At Wisconsin Built, the correct technology helps our team put craftsmanship into action. We continually look to improve how we work so we can deliver quality, consistency and lasting value to our customers.
