Our Delivery Driver/Shipping Worker will safely and efficiently deliver finished goods, products and materials to customers in a timely professional manner as well as preparing product to be shipped to customers.
Responsibilities:

Operates truck according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.

Transports loads safely and in a timely manner over required route, obeying all traffic laws and safety regulations

Maintains required appropriate signed documents

Facilitates routine service on truck, which may include checking oil, water, gasoline, and air; reports maintenance malfunctions to Shipping Team Lead.

Pick orders from stock or from staging area.

Prepare product for shipping to customers.

Ensure customer order and product match; box, crate, shrink-wrap as necessary.

Other duties as assigned.

Professional interactions with all people both here and in the field on job sites.

Ability to stay focused in busy environment

Must pass appropriate federal/state transportation regulations

Safe driving record

Detail Oriented

Self-motivated and works well independently

Flexibility – overtime as required

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) not required but definitely a plus.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; and use hands. The employee frequently is required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit and reach with hands and arms.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 - 100 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 150-300 pounds with assistance from co-worker. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Able to sit for long periods of time driving vehicle in a safe manner.
